I was delighted by the warm and cozy atmosphere of Original Sokos Hotel Albert. The decor was charming and reminded me of the unique art galleries found throughout the local area. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access to all areas and amenities. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is to have more experienced staff available. While the children working there were kind and well-intentioned, a few times I encountered slight confusion or delays when receiving assistance.

It was an amazing base for, good stay. An a double bed was a bonus. Such city attractions as stockmann department store were really close to this hotel;))

We recently stayed at Sokos Hotel and had a great experience. The staff at the front desk were friendly and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by offering us coffee and a sandwich when we had to leave early before breakfast. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly cooked omelets. We were also happy to have a rental parking space in the hotel's garage.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to both the Central Station and all the main tourist attractions. I could easily explore the city without any hassle. The room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast was tasty and catered to different dietary needs. The hotel also had a sauna room, which was a nice bonus.

wonderfull place close to the city center

I recently stayed at Sokos Hotel Albert for a quick visit to the city. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Despite arriving early, the receptionist kindly gave me an early check-in, allowing me to rest after a long journey. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options for different dietary needs. I also loved the brilliant sauna they had. a fantastic stay and I would definitely return, perhaps opting for a larger room next time.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good, really! Location is just perfect (not in the very centre, but some 5 or 7 minutes from the centre), it is nice and quiet. We booked double superior and it was worth those extra money. We had a kettle, tea, coffee and cacao in the room. The room was cute, spacious enough. I'd stay there again, definitely.

When we stayed in the hotel, there was a repair in their restaurant, so we had to go to Sokos Aleksanderi for breakfaft, but it's right next door, so it didn't bother us much!

Great location near Aleksanterin teatteri. Despite slow WiFi, the hotel offers clean rooms, good breakfast, and rental parking in their own garage. I recommend this hotel.
